Payments

Once a purchase is confirmed, payments will be processed over the phone using your credit card. We do not provide an online payment option.

Refunds

Infatshoeation offers a full refund or exchange on unworn merchandise within a 14 day period of the purchase date.  Please email us first with your details, then simply return the merchandise in the original box in re-saleable condition along with your receipt to receive an exchange or full refund to your credit card (excluding postage).
We suggest the use of Registered Post or Express Post for returning items to enable tracking of the parcel.  Postage costs when returning an item for a refund are incurred by the customer.
Recommendation: Please try on your shoes on a carpeted area.  This prevents damage to the soles of the shoes.  Any returned shoes with damaged soles will not be exchanged or refunded as the shoes are no longer in a re-saleable condition.

** Sale Items are offered an exchange or credit note only. 
** Sale Items displayed are for Internet Sales only and are not offered in-store. 
** Due to health regulations we are unable to refund or exchange on our jewellery or hats.  All jewellery/hats are quality checked before leaving our stores to ensure 100% perfection is delivered to you.

Delivery

A postage charge of AU$14.95 applies for delivery to anywhere in Australia for up to two pair of shoes (or other products).  We send via Receipted Mail which requires a signature upon delivery. Please include your postal address where you will be available to sign for your goods (Mon-Fri business hours).  Postage normally takes approx. 3-5 days from despatching your order.

** We will email you a confirmation of the total price of all jewellery orders, as the postage charges will be altered at the time of processing your credit card.

International Customers

If you are wishing to purchase outside of Australia please email us for a quote on postage and insurance.

Privacy Policy

All personal information provided to Infatshoeation will be for the sole use of sales transactions only. (We advise you to subscribe to our Newsletter to hear about the latest in new products, special discounts, special events etc). Infatshoeation will not disclose your personal information to any third party.
